Paragraph 1 (English)
Patience, or Sabr, is one of the greatest virtues in Islam.
It teaches believers to stay strong in difficult times.
The Quran mentions patience more than 90 times.
Allah promises great rewards for those who remain patient.
The Prophet ﷺ said, “Patience is light.”
It protects the heart from despair and hopelessness.
Sabr is the key to true success.
Paragraph 2 (Hindi)
सब्र इस्लाम की सबसे बड़ी नेमतों में से है।
यह मुसलमान को मुश्किल वक़्त में मज़बूत बनाता है।
क़ुरान में सब्र का ज़िक्र 90 से ज़्यादा बार आया है।
अल्लाह ने सब्र करने वालों के लिए बड़ा इनाम रखा है।
पैग़म्बर ﷺ ने फ़रमाया, “सब्र रोशनी है।”
यह दिल को मायूसी और निराशा से बचाता है।
सब्र असली कामयाबी की चाबी है।
Paragraph 3 (English)
Patience is required in three main areas.
Firstly, patience in obeying Allah’s commands.
Secondly, patience in avoiding sins and temptations.
Thirdly, patience during hardships and trials.
Each form of patience carries reward with Allah.
It reflects trust and faith in His wisdom.
A believer’s strength lies in sabr.
Paragraph 4 (Hindi)
सब्र तीन बड़ी जगहों पर ज़रूरी है।
पहला, अल्लाह के हुक्मों पर अमल करने में सब्र।
दूसरा, गुनाहों और फितनों से बचने में सब्र।
तीसरा, मुश्किलात और इम्तिहानों में सब्र।
हर तरह का सब्र अल्लाह के पास इनाम रखता है।
यह उसके हिकमत पर भरोसे की निशानी है।
मूमिन की असली ताक़त सब्र है।
Paragraph 5 (English)
The Quran says, “Indeed, Allah is with the patient.”
This is one of the greatest honors for a believer.
Having Allah’s companionship brings peace to the soul.
It means that patience invites divine support.
Even angels pray for the patient ones.
Sabr turns pain into a source of blessings.
It transforms struggles into spiritual growth.
Paragraph 6 (Hindi)
क़ुरान कहता है, “बेशक अल्लाह सब्र करने वालों के साथ है।”
यह ईमान वालों के लिए सबसे बड़ी इज़्ज़त है।
अल्लाह का साथ मिलने से रूह को सुकून मिलता है।
सब्र करने का मतलब है कि अल्लाह की मदद आती है।
फ़रिश्ते भी सब्र करने वालों के लिए दुआ करते हैं।
सब्र दर्द को रहमत में बदल देता है।
यह परेशानियों को रूहानी तरक़्क़ी बना देता है।
Paragraph 7 (English)
Patience is also a shield against anger.
It prevents a person from reacting with harm.
The Prophet ﷺ advised controlling anger through silence.
He said the strong one is not who fights but who controls himself.
Patience brings dignity and respect in society.
It makes a person wise and thoughtful.
Without sabr, anger destroys relationships and faith.
Paragraph 8 (Hindi)
सब्र ग़ुस्से के खिलाफ़ ढाल भी है।
यह इंसान को नुक़सानदेह रिएक्शन से रोकता है।
पैग़म्बर ﷺ ने ग़ुस्सा आने पर खामोश रहने की तालीम दी।
उन्होंने कहा, असली ताक़तवर वही है जो अपने ग़ुस्से पर काबू रखे।
सब्र इंसान को इज़्ज़त और शराफ़त दिलाता है।
यह इंसान को हिकमत वाला और सोच-समझ वाला बनाता है।
बिना सब्र के ग़ुस्सा रिश्तों और ईमान को तबाह कर देता है।
Paragraph 9 (English)
Patience is tested in grief and loss.
When someone loses a loved one, sabr brings comfort.
The Prophet ﷺ lost his children yet remained patient.
He taught Muslims to say, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un.”
This reminds us that everything belongs to Allah.
Sabr in grief ensures reward in the Hereafter.
It turns tears into forgiveness and mercy.
Paragraph 10 (Hindi)
सब्र का सबसे बड़ा इम्तिहान ग़म और नुकसान में होता है।
जब कोई अपना खो जाता है, सब्र दिल को सुकून देता है।
पैग़म्बर ﷺ ने अपनी औलाद खोई लेकिन सब्र किया।
उन्होंने सिखाया कि कहो, “इन्ना लिल्लाही वा इन्ना इलैहि राजिऊन।”
यह याद दिलाता है कि सब कुछ अल्लाह का है।
ग़म में सब्र करने से आख़िरत में बड़ा इनाम मिलता है।
यह आंसुओं को रहमत और मग़फ़िरत बना देता है
Paragraph 11 (English)
Patience is also needed in worship.
Praying regularly requires consistency and discipline.
Fasting teaches patience with hunger and desires.
Performing Hajj involves patience with travel and struggle.
Every act of worship needs endurance and self-control.
Sabr makes worship meaningful and sincere.
Without patience, worship loses its spirit.
Paragraph 12 (Hindi)
इबादत में भी सब्र की ज़रूरत है।
नमाज़ पाबंदी और सख़्ती से पढ़ना सब्र सिखाता है।
रोज़ा भूख और ख्वाहिशात पर सब्र सिखाता है।
हज सफ़र और मुश्किलात में सब्र की मिसाल है।
हर इबादत सब्र और कंट्रोल मांगती है।
सब्र से इबादत सच्ची और मक़बूल बनती है।
बिना सब्र के इबादत में रूह नहीं रहती।
Paragraph 13 (English)
The stories of prophets are filled with patience.
Prophet Ayyub عليه السلام showed sabr during severe illness.
Prophet Yaqub عليه السلام was patient after losing Yusuf عليه السلام.
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ endured hardships with patience.
These examples inspire believers to remain steadfast.
Sabr is the mark of true faith.
The prophets are role models of patience.
Paragraph 14 (Hindi)
अंबिया की ज़िंदगियाँ सब्र की मिसालों से भरी हैं।
हज़रत अय्यूब عليه السلام ने बीमारी में सब्र किया।
हज़रत याक़ूब عليه السلام ने यूसुफ़ عليه السلام के गुम होने पर सब्र किया।
हज़रत मुहम्मद ﷺ ने हर तकलीफ़ में सब्र किया।
ये मिसालें ईमान वालों को मज़बूत रहने का सबक देती हैं।
सब्र असली ईमान की निशानी है।
अंबिया सब्र के सबसे बड़े रोल मॉडल हैं।
Paragraph 15 (English)
Patience brings success in this world.
It helps in studies, work, and relationships.
Without patience, goals cannot be achieved.
Sabr teaches discipline in daily life.
It makes a person resilient and wise.
Allah blesses the efforts of the patient ones.
Sabr is a path to both worldly and spiritual success.
Paragraph 16 (Hindi)
सब्र दुनिया की कामयाबी भी दिलाता है।
यह पढ़ाई, काम और रिश्तों में मदद करता है।
बिना सब्र के मक़सद पूरे नहीं होते।
सब्र ज़िंदगी में अनुशासन सिखाता है।
यह इंसान को मज़बूत और समझदार बनाता है।
अल्लाह सब्र करने वालों की मेहनत में बरकत देता है।
सब्र दुनियावी और रूहानी दोनों कामयाबियों का रास्ता है।
Paragraph 17 (English)
Patience also leads to forgiveness.
A patient person avoids revenge and anger.
He forgives for the sake of Allah.
The Prophet ﷺ forgave even his enemies in Makkah.
Sabr creates peace and unity among people.
It teaches believers to rise above hatred.
Forgiveness is the fruit of patience.
Paragraph 18 (Hindi)
सब्र इंसान को माफ़ करने की ताक़त देता है।
सब्र वाला इंसान बदला और ग़ुस्से से बचता है।
वह अल्लाह की खातिर माफ़ कर देता है।
पैग़म्बर ﷺ ने मक्का में अपने दुश्मनों को भी माफ़ कर दिया।
सब्र लोगों में अमन और एकता लाता है।
यह ईमान वालों को नफ़रत से ऊपर उठाता है।
माफ़ करना सब्र का फल है।
Paragraph 19 (English)
Allah promises unlimited rewards for patience.
The Quran says, “Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without measure.”
This shows the greatness of sabr in Islam.
No other deed has such a promise.
Sabr is rewarded directly by Allah Himself.
It is a virtue loved by the Almighty.
Patience leads to eternal success.
Paragraph 20 (Hindi)
अल्लाह ने सब्र करने वालों के लिए बे-हिसाब इनाम का वादा किया है।
क़ुरान कहता है, “सब्र करने वालों को बग़ैर हिसाब के सवाब मिलेगा।”
यह इस्लाम में सब्र की महानता दिखाता है।
किसी और अमल के लिए ऐसा वादा नहीं।
सब्र का इनाम खुद अल्लाह देता है।
यह अल्लाह को बहुत पसंद है।
सब्र आख़िरत की कामयाबी दिलाता है।
